The pool is shared within the gated community — these are townhomes, so there is no private backyard pool, and we want to be clear about that. Both communities — Crestwynd Bay, about 1–2 miles from the Disney main gate, and Emerald Island Resort, about 5 miles — keep the pool area inside the gate, and access is included in every stay.

A heated community pool changes the rhythm of a park trip. Mornings go to the parks; afternoons go to the pool. In winter, when unheated pools sit empty, the water here stays warm enough to swim every month of the year — which matters for January and February trips when the parks are quieter and the evenings are cool. Crestwynd Bay homes are also within walking distance of a Walmart, so a swim never competes with a supply run.

Everything else is included the same way: a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, free parking, washer and dryer, air conditioning and a smart TV in every home, sleeping 7–8 guests. Both communities are gated and about 1–5 miles from Walt Disney World — Crestwynd Bay is the closer of the two. Dogs are welcome in every home; the pet fee is $25 per night or $100 per month. Book direct and pay no platform service fees; a 20% deposit reserves the home and the balance is due at least 5 days before arrival.
