Parties or events
The home is in a quiet gated residential community. Parties and events are not allowed.
Guests with more than 2 dogs or other pets
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with the pet fee. Other pets are not permitted.
Guests without a car
The home is about 1–2 miles from Walt Disney World. You need a car or rideshare to reach the parks, restaurants and shops.

“The home was really close to Disney. The home was dated but clean. The carpet needs to be replaced. Outside of their control, the neighborhood was not well maintained. Manny and his team were very responsive and communicated well. It was well priced and we would stay there again.”

“starting off of saying that the place was so beautiful spotless fit my family very well we treated the home like ours .we felt just at home .the host was so kind and was on top of everything . very clear instruction and always checking in if we needed anything .everything was on hand spot on .the restaurant was very close less than five minutes and Walmart was a minute away .I will highly recommend this place .the host was perfect rated it a five because they deserve it and more .because of how amazing they are and of course we had an amazing time .we can’t wait to come back and stay with my family again.”
