How our reviews work

Every review on this site is imported from the booking system where the guest stayed: Airbnb, Vrbo, Staylio or a direct booking on myorlandostay.com. We show the review text as written, the star rating, the platform and the month of the stay. We do not edit, reorder or remove reviews because of the rating. Reviewer names are withheld for privacy, so each review shows as a verified guest. The site-wide rating of 4.8 / 5 is calculated from all 96 imported reviews, the same list you can read on our reviews page.

Why book direct

No booking-platform service fees. You pay the nightly rate, the cleaning fee ($100 plus tax for 3 bedroom, $120 plus tax for 4 bedroom) and tax.
A 20% deposit reserves your dates; the balance is due at least 5 days before arrival.
Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancel 30 or more days before arrival: 100% refund minus processing fees
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: the 20% reservation deposit is kept
On or after arrival: no refunds
