Policies & Terms of Service

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 10:00 AM or earlier
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings. Holiday periods may require a minimum of 7 nights.

Cleaning Fee

• 3-bedroom homes: $100 plus tax
• 4-bedroom homes: $120 plus tax

Payment Policy

• A 20% reservation deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation
• The remaining balance is due at least 5 days before arrival
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 30 or more days before arrival: 100% refund minus processing fees
• Cancel within 30 days of arrival: the 20% reservation deposit is kept
• On or after arrival: no refunds
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance

Pet Policy

• Well-behaved pets are welcome (dogs only, maximum 2 pets)
• Pet fee: $25 per night or $100 per month
• Pets must not be left unattended in the property
• Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest

Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time
• 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units: maximum 8 guests
• Violation of occupancy limits may result in immediate termination of rental

House Rules

• No smoking inside the property
• No parties or events without prior written approval
• Please be respectful of neighbors — quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• All trash must be properly disposed of
• Report any damages immediately to management

Liability

MyOrlandoStay is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests use all amenities at their own risk. Children must be supervised near the pool at all times.
