Manny is the owner and host of MyOrlandoStay (MyOrlandoStay-com LLC), a family-run vacation rental company in Kissimmee, FL 34747. He has been hosting guests near Walt Disney World since 2009.
Manny answers calls and messages himself, sends guests photos of the home and detailed instructions on check-in day, and coordinates the local cleaning and maintenance team that keeps the 25+ homes ready.

2009
The first homes
Manny started hosting near Disney in 2009, renting family vacation homes in Kissimmee and answering every call himself.
Two gated communities
The homes grew to two gated communities: Crestwynd Bay, about 1–2 miles from the Disney main gate, and Emerald Island Resort, about 5 miles away.
Every home pet-friendly
Every MyOrlandoStay home welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs, because a family trip often includes a dog.

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome in every home. The pet fee is $25 per night or $100 per month.

“The home was really close to Disney. The home was dated but clean. The carpet needs to be replaced. Outside of their control, the neighborhood was not well maintained. Manny and his team were very responsive and communicated well. It was well priced and we would stay there again.”

“Our stay was beautiful 2nd trip Manny and others where amazing host this is our second time staying with them this time in Emerald Island resort the only trip advice I’d give is work some how with Emerald Island staff and get a better key card system for the gate that was the only thing that was a headache also the cleaning staff forgot to provide the 1 laundry pod but other than that it was excellent”

“Manny and his team were very communicative throughout our entire process booking through checkout. Manny was helpful in explaining the process for bringing our pets with us. Directions for check-in were clear an concise. We did have an issue with linens and Manny was communicative and had his team rectify the issue within a reasonable amount of time. We did have a small issue with the Wifi directions not matching what as provided, but that situation was handled smoothly as well. This was a nice place to stay for us to have our own space and bring our pets. We would be happy to stay at one of Manny’s properties again in the future.”

“The place and location was great - very close to the parks as that was our reason for this trip to Orlando. Lost of restaurants near by and shopping centers for tour last minutes necessities run. The place can get a little upgrade when it comes to the furniture - but since we just used the place to pretty much sleep I can’t complain much. Best part was my pet was welcome and places like that are always hard to find. So I appreciate it that. The host manny and the whole team where amazing communicators and super fast response.”
